The MXGP Argentina YPF INFINIA will take place this weekend in Villa La Angostura. The core of the competition will be in the award-winning Patagonia Race Track which, as usual, this year will pose new challenges for the World Motocross riders.
The circuit where the MXGP Argentina YPF INFINIA takes place has won over both locals and foreigners. Built from volcanic ash mixed with sand, it combines natural slopes with flat sections where plateaus and big jumps were built. It also has natural ridges and some wave zones; wide curves and a large number of jumps, some quite technical and others which are very high.
As every year, Lucas De La Fuente (track designer) has prepared new difficulties. For this edition, the surprises will be in turn two of the circuit, where the riders will find a new technical area that will make the circuit even more complex.
These small details will be added to the modifications that were done last year, in the Grandstand area where some triples and different combinations were added, especially in one of the curves that now has waves that go up and down.
