The Motocross World Championship will come to Córdoba
The MXGP Argentina will be held in Córdoba, in its capital city, on March 1-2, 2025. The Motocross World Championship (MXGP) will take place in this new venue for the next three years.
After eight successful editions in Villa La Angostura, the Motocross World Championship starts a new stage in the country. The official presentation of MXGP Argentina 2025 took place at the House of Córdoba in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The press conference was attended by David Eli (Director of +Eventos and local organizer of the MXGP in Argentina), Cristian MartIn (CEO Infinito – Partner), Dario Capitani (President of the Córdoba Sports Agency) and Gabriel Raies (Member of the Board of Directors of the Córdoba Sports Agency).
“I am very excited to announce the arrival of the MXGP in Córdoba. This is an event in clear growth, which is also very attractive for all the fans in the region since Argentina has the only round of the championship in the American continent, and we believe that this new venue will enhance it even more -among other things- thanks to the logistic facilities that Cordoba offers. I especially want to thank the provincial government for opening the doors and our partner, Infinito, for joining us in this great adventure. Also, to show my gratitude to Infront Moto Racing for the confidence of so many years. In addition, I would like to refer to our faithful public and tell them that we are honored how they have always accompanied this event, I have no doubt that it will be the same this time. Of course, I would also like to invite all those who are just discovering this competition to join us. They will not regret it. It is an elite sporting spectacle, very entertaining to watch,” commented David Eli about this new era.

As part of the launching of MXGP Argentina 2025, the landing of MXGP in Córdoba will also be evident at the stand of Córdoba and Infinito at the International Tourism Fair of Latin America (FIT) that will take place this weekend in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. There, the public will have the opportunity to know details and some surprises of the next edition of this prestigious sports competition.
Infinito Race Track, the new track for MXGP Argentina
As in the eight previous editions of the MXGP in Argentina, Lucas De La Fuente will be in charge of designing the new track, Infinito Race Track.
The Argentinean is recognized for having designed the award-winning track of Villa La Angostura, considered on several occasions as the best in the world championship calendar. With his experience, he will now be in charge of giving life to the new Infinito Race Track, which will surely maintain the high standards.
The brand new 1600-meter track will be located in the capital of Córdoba within the Infinito Open. This modern and innovative icon of Córdoba is an original tourist, commercial and entertainment center of international level.
Ticket sales begin in October
Ticket sales for the next edition of the Motocross World Championship will begin in October. Fans of this sport will be able to secure their place for one of the most important international events that will visit the country in 2025, by purchasing their tickets through the Paseshow platform(www.paseshow.com.ar).
This new edition of the MXGP will count -once again- with the participation of the world elite with the presence of 80 riders, in two categories (MXGP and MX2). As usual, general and VIP tickets will be available, allowing the public to enjoy this mega world event in a weekend of pure motocross.
