Media Accreditations – MXGP Argentina 2026 –  National Media

Media passes gives access to venue, paddock, media centre and pitlane suite. Together with the photo bib or with the media vest it gives access to the track.

For safety reason only a very limited number of bibs are available for each event and it’ll be given ONLY to professional photographers/videographers.Please take also note every media who will have the access to the track confirmed, once onsite has to attend the Media Briefing on the Friday evening or Saturday Morning and sign a disclaimer on-site in order to collect the bib. The bib will be strictly personal.

No Social Media personal account can be accepted.Also, no applicants wishing to access the track simply for personal social media accounts will be accepted.

Filming is not free of right. Any Media planning to film action, bikes, making video interviews must clear the rights with Infont Moto Racing before. Please note that at the end of each Grand Prix all the accredited media may receive (upon request) a 5-7 minutes video with the news highlights of the event that will be FREE for its distribution.

Social Media Video: For any edited videos and LIVE coverage on ALL social platforms you need to refer to the above-mentioned filming rules except for Instagram and Facebook stories that are allowed tagging @MXGP

Drones are not allowed. If organizers need to have some drone image/footage please contact Charlotte Menard.

Accreditation procedure: 

To assure proper processing of your request, please be sure to fill in the whole form (below). In addition, in order to process your application correctly, you must send the following supplementary and mandatory documentation to [email protected]:

  • Attach a letter of referral from the media’s editor in chief and samples of press. 
  • video material featuring the FIM World Championship events (pdf format is preferred and mac and pc applications are required for videos)
  • 2026 communication plan detailing the content to be produced and where it will be published.
  • A proof of insurance cover for those requesting track access for photos/videos

Applications MUST be received by February 20. LAST-MINUTE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Furthermore, please note the following points:

  • The Media Pass will be released at Infront Moto Racing’s discretion. Approbations will be notified via e-mail. 
  • The validity of the Media Pass is of the single event written on the pass.
  • Holder of the Media Pass must be older than 18 years old 
  • The Media Pass does not carry the right to film without Infront Moto Racing’s authorisation. 
  • The holder of the Media Pass agrees to abide by the rules, conditions and limitations imposed by Infront Moto Racing to ensure the proper and safe running of the event.
  • The designated holder of the Permanent Media Pass waives all rights and titles to any legal claim arising from any accident or damage caused in conjunction with their presence at the event.
  • Infront Moto Racing is the owner of the Permanent Media Pass and has the right to withdraw it at any time without previous notice.
  • The use of the Media Pass is governed by the pass conditions boards displayed at the various entrances to the track area. To enter the track, the designated holder must wear a bib or vest. 
  • The Media Pass must be presented in conjunction with valid identification papers upon request.
  • The granting of the Media Pass does not exempt the bearer from local laws and regulations. 
  • Holders of the Media pass who have also been accredited to film will have to send (if requested) the material produced in the Grand Prix where they have been accredited in a video format readable on Mac and pc 
  • Social Media Video: For any ACTION videos and LIVE coverage on ALL social platforms you need to refer to Charlotte Menard (only Instagram and Facebook videos’ stories are allowed tagging @MXGP).
  • The Media Pass can only be used by the designated holder who acknowledges and accepts the above conditions, and commits himself/herself to comply strictly with them. 
  • The Media pass holder will have to send the material published on the event to the local press officer.

Media Accreditation – International Media

Journalists, photographers and websites that are not from the country where the event is organized (in this case, Argentina) will be considered as international press and to process the accreditation please complete the form here below.
